Offer Opt is looking for an experienced sales professional or business development partner with existing relationships among Shopify retailers, Shopify Plus merchants, larger ecommerce brands, retail organizations, CRO agencies, ecommerce agencies, and digital marketing firms. Our AI-powered revenue optimization platform helps Shopify retailers increase conversion rates, average order value, and customer lifetime value through intelligent offers, personalization, and optimization.

This is a consultative B2B sales and partner development role focused on introducing a differentiated ecommerce SaaS platform to Shopify retailers, larger merchants, and agencies that care about measurable revenue impact. We are looking for relationship builders who can open the right doors, qualify opportunities, and help bring retailers and agency partners into the Offer Opt ecosystem.

This is a commission-only opportunity with substantial recurring income potential. The role is designed for experienced professionals who already have trusted relationships in Shopify, ecommerce, retail, SaaS, MarTech, CRO, or agency networks and want to turn those relationships into long-term recurring commissions. Top performers have the potential to build recurring six-figure annual commissions based on the accounts and partnerships they develop. Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities with Shopify retailers, Shopify Plus merchants, ecommerce brands, larger retailers, and digital agencies.
  • Leverage your existing professional network to generate qualified introductions and referral opportunities.
  • Identify merchants and agencies that would benefit from AI-powered revenue optimization, personalization, and intelligent offer strategy.
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer goals, conversion challenges, discounting strategy, customer value, and revenue optimization needs.
  • Coordinate product demonstrations with the Offer Opt team and help guide prospects through evaluation.
  • Manage qualified opportunities from initial introduction through close.
  • Develop long-term relationships that create recurring revenue, expansion opportunities, and future referrals.
  • Recruit and support strategic agency or consultant partners who can introduce Offer Opt to their merchant clients.
  • Represent Offer Opt professionally in Shopify, ecommerce, agency, and retail technology communities.
  • Provide customer and market feedback to help shape our product direction, positioning, and go-to-market strategy.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of B2B sales, business development, channel sales, or partner development experience.
  • Experience selling or introducing SaaS, ecommerce technology, MarTech, retail technology, CRO solutions, AI tools, or agency services.
  • Existing relationships with Shopify retailers, Shopify Plus merchants, ecommerce executives, agency owners, retail brands, or digital commerce leaders.
  • Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to understand business problems before pitching a solution.
  • Comfortable speaking with founders, executives, ecommerce directors, growth leaders, CRO teams, and agency principals.
  • Ability to work independently without heavy management or a traditional sales structure.
  • Strong communication skills and professional follow-through.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on long-term relationship value rather than transactional sales.
  • Interest in Shopify, ecommerce, AI, personalization, revenue optimization, and measurable business outcomes.

Compensation

This is a commission-only position with uncapped earning potential. We offer a highly competitive recurring commission structure designed to reward partners who originate valuable customer and agency relationships. Because commissions are tied to recurring subscription revenue, successful sales partners can build ongoing monthly income rather than relying only on one-time deal payouts.

Top performers have the potential to earn recurring six-figure annual commissions by building a portfolio of Shopify retailers, larger ecommerce brands, enterprise retail accounts, or strategic agency relationships.
